Valleycliffe, Squamish

Valleycliffe is located at the southern end of Squamish and has a beautiful view of The Stawamus Chief, Howe Sound and downtown. The area offers exciting experiences for climbing, river fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. Some areas of Valleycliffe are often more affordable than neighbourhoods in Squamish and typically comes with plenty of space to build a large home. During the winter, some areas of Valleycliffe experience less sun than the rest of Squamish, but most of the town experiences less sun during these months. It’s popular among people who are working in Vancouver because of the quick commute time compared to other neighbourhoods in Squamish.
