ABOUT JULIE PHOENIX

Prior to entering her real estate career in late 2014, Julie was employed as a Vancouver Police Officer for 14 years.  Julie's experience dealing with all different types of people and situations in her policing career has proven to be a very useful tool when handling negotiations and potentially difficult situations for her clients.  She strives to go above and beyond, prides herself on being very responsive and always works in the best interests of her clients.  She is also a certified negotiation expert and is well-respected amongst her peers.


In her first year in real estate, she achieved the Rookie of the Year award out of all three offices of Macdonald Realty - North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Squamish.  She has achieved the Macdonald Realty Award of Excellence, the Macdonald Realty Sales Achievement Award and for the Medallion Club Award, which includes only the top 10% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Board of Real Estate. 


In 2022, Julie received the highest award possible within the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board - the President's Club Award, which represents being in the Top 1% of all Realtors.  Julie was also ranked #1 in the Macdonald Realty Squamish office and #19 company-wide.


Julie was also voted Best Realtor in the 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards for the Squamish Chief Newspaper.
